At VirginArk Blind, Interior/Furnishing & Property Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality products and professional services. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted within 7–14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories
- Proof of purchase is provided
VirginArk Blind, Interior/Furnishing & Property Ltd. reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized, special-order, or made-to-measure products
- Installed items (including blinds, décor fittings, or appliances after installation)
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods
- Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale
3. Services and Installations
Payments made for services (including consultation, installation, or real estate services) are non-refundable once the service has commenced or been completed.
If a service is canceled before commencement, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of VirginArk Blind, Interior/Furnishing & Property Ltd, subject to administrative or booking fees.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
VirginArk Blind, Interior/Furnishing & Property Ltd will, at its discretion:
- Replace the item, or
- Offer a repair, or
- Issue a refund if replacement is not possible
Failure to report within this period may result in denial of the claim.
5. Refund Process
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by VirginArk Blind, Interior/Furnishing & Property Ltd.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
7. Limitation of Liability
VirginArk Blind, Interior/Furnishing & Property Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product or service.
